About Us

This hiring is for our training vertical - SoulSurfer Academy

At SoulSurfer Academy, we work closely with schools and educators on Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) and Emotional Intelligence—areas that are becoming mission-critical in today's education system.

You'll be working directly with Vikas Bhadoaria, Founder and CEO of SoulSurfer Group, whose work around emotional well-being and relationships is impacting individuals, Couples, Families, Educators, and Institutions across India.

Your Core Role

Your primary goal is simple:

Get qualified meetings booked with school decision-maker. Not closing but Opening doors consistently.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Outreach to Schools (Primary Work)

Call Principals, Directors, and Heads of Schools

Initiate conversations and introduce our work

Build first-level interest and curiosity

2. Multi-Channel Outreach

LinkedIn messaging

Email outreach

Cold calling (structured, not random)

3. Meeting Coordination

Schedule calls/meetings with interested schools

Ensure smooth handover to the founder

4. Lead Research & Database Building

Identify schools across NCR and other cities

Find key decision-makers and maintain structured data

5. Follow-Ups

Consistent follow-ups with prospects

Turning maybe later into let's talk

What Success Looks Like

High-quality conversations with decision-makers

Consistent outreach activity (calls + messages + follow-ups)
