Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
  • Schedule and manage interview processes efficiently
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics

Key Skills Required

  • Strong experience in Sourcing & Screening candidates
  • Knowledge of End-to-End Recruitment Process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to evaluate candidates effectively
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools

Qualifications

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
