Hiring: Intermediate Quality Analyst – Loanscape
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 6–8 years
We are looking for an experienced Intermediate Quality Analyst to join a global Corporate Banking IT team working on the Loanscape program — a strategic initiative transforming the end-to-end lending ecosystem.
You will work in a dynamic, multicultural environment collaborating with teams across Paris, Singapore, and Mumbai, contributing to large-scale banking transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business and functional requirements in the Commercial Lending domain
- Design and execute test scenarios and test cases across multiple testing phases (SIT, UAT, etc.)
- Perform functional testing on CLS core product and integrated systems
- Manage test data creation, execution, and validation
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and external vendors
- Handle defect management including logging, tracking, and retesting
- Support QA reporting and documentation of test cases, results, and evidence
- Contribute to test automation by supporting automation teams
- Participate in stakeholder discussions and walkthroughs
Mandatory Skills and Requirements (Must-Have)
- 6–8 years of experience in software testing / quality assurance
- Strong domain experience in Commercial Lending
- Hands-on experience with at least one platform:
- FIS Commercial Lending Solution (CLS) OR
- ACBS OR
- LoanIQ or equivalent lending platforms
- Strong experience in functional testing (test design, execution, defect management)
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis
- Hands-on experience with test management tools such as JIRA, X-Ray or similar
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Good to Have
- Experience in Loan Servicing modules
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- Exposure to BDD frameworks (Cucumber, Gherkin)
- Understanding of API testing and integration
- Familiarity with documentation tools like Confluence
