We are seeking an Intermediate Architect for a full-time, on-site position in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for designing architectural projects, developing detailed plans, and ensuring compliance with building standards and codes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients and team members, managing project timelines, and integrating innovative design solutions. The role requires proactive engagement in project management activities to ensure that all deliverables are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design principles
• Experience in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines and deliverables
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration as it applies to architectural tools
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to conceptualize and execute design strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
