Interior Site Supervisor

Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and contracting work at project locations. This role involves supervising daily site activities, coordinating with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is executed as per drawings, quality standards, and safety guidelines. The Interior Site Supervisor monitors labor and material usage, checks measurements and finishes, and ensures timely completion of tasks in line with project schedules. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site inspections, resolving on-site issues, maintaining site documentation and reports, and communicating project progress to stakeholders. The role also requires enforcing compliance with company policies, health and safety norms, and client requirements while supporting smooth handover of completed sites.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong site supervision skills, including coordination of multiple trades, daily activity planning, and workforce management.
• Candidates should possess technical skills in interior fit-out work such as carpentry, gypsum/partition systems, electrical, plumbing, painting, and basic civil works understanding.
• Candidates should possess skills in reading and interpreting architectural and interior drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Candidates should possess skills in quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines and standards.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining site logs, progress reports, and material records.
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field, along with prior experience in interior contracting or fit-out projects, would be beneficial.
• Familiarity with basic project management practices and proficiency in common office and site-related software tools would be an advantage.
