Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for an Interior Site Supervisor (Fresher). The position involves overseeing and managing daily on-site activities, ensuring that interior projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with design specifications. The selected candidate will monitor project timelines, manage labor teams, ensure workplace safety, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards and deadlines are critical aspects of the role.
Qualifications

- Familiarity with site supervision practices and ability to interpret design layouts and technical drawings.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and teamwork skills to manage on-site operations effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

- Ability to follow safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
