Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution & Site Management
- Lead end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects including civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, and carpentry works.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to create actionable execution plans.
- Supervise site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct site audits, progress reviews, and client-ready handovers as per deadlines.
- Resolve on-site conflicts and design issues efficiently without compromising quality.
Planning & Cost Management
- Manage BOQs, budgets, procurement, and project cost control.
- Negotiate with vendors and ensure cost-effective execution.
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and MIS updates for management review.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, HSE protocols, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and design teams for alignment on deliverables.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors.
- Ensure smooth coordination between site and office teams for project execution.
