This is a full-time, on-site Interior Sales Representative role located in Kolkata. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their interior design needs, presenting tailored solutions, and driving sales to meet company goals. Daily tasks include delivering exceptional customer service, assessing project scope, preparing proposals, collaborating with the design and operations team, and following up with clients to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience throughout the sales process.

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions to clients and close deals.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Knowledge or interest in interior design, furniture, or home dcor, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in interior sales or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
