Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Sales Consultant based in Bengaluru. The Interior Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, providing expert sales consulting, delivering exceptional customer service, and guiding clients through the design and purchasing process. The role also involves advising clients on customized solutions, recommending design options, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and professional consulting.

Qualifications

  • To own the sales funnel & drive sales closure. You will need to achieve sales target on projects month .
  • Strong Interior sales skills and Ensure sales funnel management to achieve a higher conversion rate output.
  • Understanding of interior design and ability to create unique designs based on client's preferences a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
  • Target and achieve of 8 to 10 projects a month, by ensuring new projects bookings.
  • Responsible for Customer Experience & Relationship Management.
  • Training designers to ensure sales & enabling them to achieve their targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience into interior sales, Must be able to achieve targets and close the deal.
