Job Description:

We are hiring a Purchase Assistant to support our procurement operations. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory), along with English and Tamil (preferred). The candidate should be capable of handling purchase documentation, vendor communication (especially outstation vendors), and coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with suppliers, especially Hindi-speaking outstation vendors
• Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders and documents
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery and order status updates
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Support in sourcing materials and price negotiations
• Coordinate with stores and accounts for inward material and invoice verification
• Maintain and update vendor database and inventory records

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Languages:
• Hindi Must
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Preferred: Candidates residing nearby the workplace
• Immediate joiners will be given priority
