About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-outs and execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage interior and stretch ceiling projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and adherence to drawings.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and procurement activities.
- Track project costs, budgets, and ensure cost control.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and resolve site issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in interior project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs and execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, BOQs, and project planning.
- Experience in handling multiple sites/projects.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking, and reporting tools.
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
