Job Summary:
URC Construction is looking for an experienced Interior Manager to lead and oversee interior and finishing works for large-scale construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing execution, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of interior and finishing works at site
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients
- Review interior drawings, BOQs, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
- Plan and monitor site activities to ensure timely project delivery
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design standards
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and material procurement
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews
- Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Prepare progress reports and update management on project status
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques
- Experience in handling large-scale projects (commercial/hospital preferred)
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
- Relevant certifications in project management are an added advantage
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in hospital / institutional / large commercial projects
- Exposure to high-value or fast-track construction projects
