Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer at Wooden Street, you will play a pivotal role in creating beautiful homes for our customers! You will be responsible for building creative and functional design solutions as per the client requirements. You should be able to deliver a stellar customer experience and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

To understand the client requirements in-depth and own the end-to-end design process.

To own the sales funnel and drive project closure.

Awareness of current design-trends and a deep understanding of materials and finishes.

To be a customer-experience champion!

Mentor new team-mates and build scalable design processes.

Expertise and Qualifications :

• Qualifications: 0-5 years of experience in interior design or a related field. A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, KD Max etc.) and knowledge of materials, finishes and pricing.
• Expertise in Space-design (Style, Moodboard, Presentations)
• Design aesthetics, combining creativity, innovation and functionality and an awareness of the current design trends and resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Technology-friendliness: A keen-ness to work with the latest technology, to create designs, 3D renders etc.
• Problem-solving: Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, and to have a client-first approach in problem-solving.
