Interior Designer

Job Description

Urban Vault is looking for an Interior Designer to plan and design functional, well-detailed interiors, particularly office and commercial spaces. You will take projects from brief to execution, working with the design team, clients, vendors and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Study client briefs and site conditions to develop practical space plans and layout options.
• Plan offices and commercial interiors, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception and breakout areas.
• Develop concepts, mood boards and material palettes within the client's budget.
• Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture and lighting.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams, and visit sites to check work against drawings.

Requirements

Must have

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• 1-3 years of experience in interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Proven experience in space planning and layout design.
• A portfolio showcasing your work.

Good to have

• Experience on office / workplace projects.
• Rendering skills (V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion) and basic Photoshop.
