Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Interior Designer at Square Yard's Gurugram location. The Junior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, assisting in designing interiors, and selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). They will collaborate with senior designers and project teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with client needs and project requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design processes
- Knowledge of Architecture and experience with Construction Drawings
- Ability to select and coordinate Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E)
- Strong visual and design sensibility, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Relevant internship or work experience is an advantage
