Role Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer to join our team full-time on-site in Gurugram. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to lead various aspects of interior design projects, including project planning, client interactions, and product selection. Working closely with our team, you will develop design concepts, create visualizations, and handle key project documentation to ensure the successful execution of each project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of detailed 2D drawings and 3D renderings using tools like AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, take as-built measurements, and contribute to initial design concepts.
• Prepare comprehensive design presentations that showcase selections of finishes, furniture, and fixtures to effectively communicate design intent to clients.
• Facilitate client presentations, document feedback, and collaborate with the team to implement requested changes.
• Oversee project documentation management, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and other essential records.
• Maintain and organize the Material Library by sourcing samples and prices from vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors to facilitate product sampling, costing, quotations, and logistics for timely project deliveries.
• Foster active communication within the project team to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment across all project stages.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in space planning and interior design principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interactions with clients and team members.
• In-depth knowledge of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) and material sourcing.
• Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to excel in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, along with relevant work experience.
• Passion for residential, commercial, and hospitality design projects.
