Job Brief

We are looking for a Residential Designer to handle mid-to-high segment projects. You will provide pre-design consultations, prepare quotations, create 3D designs/renders, and ensure projects meet client expectations in budget and aesthetics. You will also mentor Junior Designers and contribute to revenue collection.

Requirements

• 2+ years in residential design, 2+ years in modular interiors
• Proficient in SketchUp and V-Ray/Enscape
• Strong client handling and project management skills
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and design principles
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
