About the Role

This is a learning-first role for a motivated fresh graduate or early-career designer with a genuine passion for interiors and 3D visualization. You will work alongside experienced designers, absorb studio processes, and build your technical and creative skills in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior designers in developing 3D models and visualization assets
• Produce and iterate renders under guidance, incorporating feedback accurately
• Support preparation of 2D drawings — layouts, basic elevations, and presentation sheets
• Prepare material boards, mood boards, and design presentation decks
• Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
• Participate in team design reviews and contribute ideas openly
• Shadow senior designers on client calls and site visits to build project understanding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (final year students may apply)
• 0 – 1.5 years of experience; internship experience in a design studio is a plus
• Portfolio demonstrating basic 3D renders, space planning, or student project work
• Curiosity, coachability, and genuine interest in interior design craft

Pay range and compensation package

Monthly CTC (skill-based) ₹18,000 – ₹28,000
