Interior Designer

This is a full-time remote role for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, conceptualizing interior designs, preparing construction drawings, and managing the selection and sourcing of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E). The role also involves collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs while adhering to project timelines and budgets.

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design for creating efficient and visually appealing layouts
• Competency in Architecture principles and experience in producing detailed Construction Drawings
• Knowledge and application of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) in design projects
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Certification in LEED or other sustainable design practices is a plus
