Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Surat. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts, prepare interior layouts, and collaborate on space planning for residential and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating mood boards, selecting materials and finishes, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and preparing detailed drawings and documentation in line with architectural standards. The role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized during construction and installation. The Interior Designer will also participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and support project coordination from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional, aesthetically aligned layouts.
• Candidates should possess Architecture-related knowledge and the ability to read and coordinate Construction Drawings.
• Candidates should possess FF&E expertise, including furniture selection, fixture specification, and material/finish coordination.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic visualization tools.
• Candidates should possess effective communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior studio or site experience in interior projects is beneficial.
