- Prepare detailed working drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections).
- Develop electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, and furniture layout drawings.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and material specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
3. Project Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, and site supervisors.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design implementation as per plan.
- Monitor project timelines and quality standards.
- Resolve on-site design or execution issues.
4. Vendor & Material Management
- Source materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and decor.
- Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure quality control of materials used.
5. Budget & Cost Control
- Estimate project costs and manage budgets.
- Track expenses and prevent cost overruns.
- Optimize design solutions within financial constraints.
