The Role We are seeking a visionary and technically astute Interior Designer to join our collective. You will not just be designing spaces; you will be curating legacies. You will work closely with the Principal Designer to conceptualize, develop, and execute high-end residential and commercial projects that balance structural precision with soulful styling.

Key Responsibilities

• Holistic Design Development:
• Lead the design process from conceptualization to execution, creating mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations that align with the client's narrative and the studio's aesthetic.
• Develop detailed technical drawings (AutoCAD) for civil work, electrical, plumbing, joinery, and false ceilings.
• Material & Vendor Management:
• Source and specify luxury materials, finishes, and fixtures, leveraging The Archiveour exclusive in-house material library.
• Collaborate with vendors and artisans to ensure custom fabrications meet our exacting standards.
• Project Execution & Supervision:
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is translated accurately during construction and fit-out.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and contractors to resolve on-site challenges promptly without compromising the design vision.
• Styling & Curation: Go beyond the shell. Select and arrange loose furniture, soft furnishings, art, and accessories to create the final Vignette and complete the sanctuary.
• Client Interface: Present design concepts and progress updates to high-net-worth clients with confidence and clarity.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury residential or high-end commercial projects.
• Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office. Knowledge of rendering software (V-Ray/Lumion) is a strong plus.
• Design Sensibility: A strong portfolio demonstrating a refined eye for Quiet Luxury, texture, and detail. You understand that negative space is as important as the furniture.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of materials, construction methods, and building codes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
