ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Senior Interior Design Architect to take full leadership of our in-house design team. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing design projects from concept to completion including client discussions, design presentations, approvals, and coordination with the execution team.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership environment and can translate design briefs into creative, practical, and high-quality outcomes without constant supervision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage the in-house design team, ensuring quality output and timely delivery.
- Take complete responsibility of the design process from concept to client approval.
- Meet clients independently to understand requirements and present design concepts confidently.
- Develop design concepts, space plans, 3D visuals, and mood boards aligned with Actinse's standards.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and presentation decks for client approval.
- Handle design revisions and ensure final design approval from clients.
- Coordinate closely with project and execution teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency on-site.
- Introduce and implement innovative design trends, finishes, and materials into ongoing projects.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in interior design (residential & commercial turnkey projects).
- Proven experience in client handling and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, visualization, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Coohom, SketchUp, V-Ray/Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to guide, mentor, and upskill the design team.
- Strong eye for detail, creative problem-solving, and a passion for high-quality design delivery.
