Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based at our headquarters in Jaipur. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative interior design projects. Key responsibilities include space planning, developing construction drawings, collaborating on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections, and ensuring designs align with architectural principles. The role involves working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that meet project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities Client

Consultation & Pitching: Lead initial client meetings to understand needs, budget, and aesthetic preferences. Present design concepts and mood boards with a persuasive, sales-oriented approach. Design

Development: Create functional and aesthetically pleasing spatial layouts, material palettes, and 2D/3D visualizations. Sales &

Relationship Management: Actively follow up on leads, prepare detailed quotations, and negotiate contracts to meet monthly or quarterly targets. Project

Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they are updated on timelines, budget shifts, and installation schedules. Sourcin
