Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Jaipur. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop design concepts, plans, and layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and budgets. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure design intent is accurately executed. The role involves site visits, measurements, and supervision of work progress, resolving design and implementation issues in real time. The Interior Designer will also contribute to project documentation, presentations, and client meetings, supporting Saakar Studio's commitment to thoughtful, functional, and long-lasting spaces.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic layouts for various project types.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop and interpret technical plans and work closely with execution teams.
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination aligned with project design and budgets.
• Strong skills in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar), along with basic MS Office proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation abilities, with strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, collaborate within multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Prior experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interiors; interest in sustainable design and premium finishes is an advantage.
