Interior Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Jaipur. The Interior Designer will translate client requirements into creative, practical design concepts, including mood boards, layout options, and detailed specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include space planning, preparing construction drawings, coordinating FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architecture and project teams. The role involves site visits, measurement verification, and overseeing implementation to ensure design intent is maintained. The Interior Designer will also communicate regularly with clients, vendors, and contractors, manage timelines, and support project documentation and approvals.

Qualifications

• Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to develop functional, visually cohesive layouts.
• Understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to read, create, and revise technical plans.
• Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination, including materials, finishes, and product sourcing.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar), and basic MS Office skills.
• Excellent visual communication skills, including presentation boards, 3D visuals, and clear documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to project deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; previous on-site project experience is an advantage.
