Interior Designer (Residential Projects)

A design-led interior studio in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, specializing in customized residential interiors is hiring an Interior Design with an experience range of 2 to 6 years to lead projects from concept development through execution. This role involves managing end-to-end design delivery, coordinating with vendors and site teams, and mentoring designers to ensure high-quality outcomes across interior projects.

Project Context

You will work on:

- Residential interior projects with custom cabinetry and furniture

- Projects requiring detailed design development, vendor coordination, and execution oversight

Key Responsibilities

- Lead interior design projects from concept development to site handover.

- Develop mood boards, concept sketches, space planning, furniture layouts, lighting plans, and material palettes.

- Prepare and review technical drawings, shop drawings, joinery details, and FF&E specifications.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure accurate execution.

- Oversee on-site implementation, quality checks, and execution coordination.

- Guide and review the work of junior and intermediate designers.

- Participate in client meetings, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback into design solutions.

- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.

- Stay updated on material innovations, design trends, and sustainable practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.

- 26 years of professional experience in residential interior design.

- Demonstrated experience delivering projects from concept to execution.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D modelling tools such as SketchUp or 3ds Max ,VRay or Lumion.

- Working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator for presentations.

- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E sourcing, and site execution processes.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication, coordination, and team management skills.

Work Schedule

- Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
