Interior Designer - ( Residential/Modular Interiors )

We are seeking a creative and skilled Interior Designer who excels in translating client visions into stunning designs. The ideal candidate will engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, adjusting designs based on feedback. Staying updated on the latest trends in the interior design industry is crucial to provide innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the sales process and drive successful project closures.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead the quality and accuracy of all design deliverables.
• Manage projects from conception to completion, maintaining high standards.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in interior design.
• Proven track record of delivering 5 to 6 comprehensive residential turnkey projects.
• Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, and skilled in creating effective presentations.
• Strong expertise in:
• Conceptual design (layouts, styles, mood boards)
• Technical design (material knowledge, execution, and drawing preparation)
• Modular design (aesthetic and functional material knowledge, module planning)
• Civil works and services (specifications and installation details)
• Experienced in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Sales Skills:

• Ability to close sales through persuasive and trusted communication.
• Lead design meetings with clients effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
