About the Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer with hands-on experience in residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility and the ability to transform client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan interior spaces for residential projects including apartments, independent houses, and penthouses
- Develop creative concepts, layouts, and 3D visualizations
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution
- Oversee project timelines and ensure timely delivery of design milestones
- Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and design innovations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design (B.Des) or a related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in residential interior design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Google SketchUp
- Strong visualization and conceptual design skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
