About the Role:
Reidius Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer with proven experience in designing luxury villas and bungalows. The ideal candidate should possess strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop conceptual designs, mood boards, and space planning for luxury residential projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings including layouts, elevations, working drawings, and BOQs.
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and dcor in line with luxury standards.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely procurement and execution.
- Ensure adherence to client requirements, budgets, and timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury interior design and materials.
- Handle client presentations and incorporate feedback effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 23+ years of hands-on experience in luxury villas and bungalow interiors.
- Strong proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp / 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Lumion
- Photoshop (preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and furniture design.
- Strong understanding of site execution and detailing.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in high-end residential projects is mandatory.
- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
- Ability to translate client vision into practical and elegant design solutions.
- Vendor and site coordination experience will be an added advantage.
