Interior Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Junior Interior Designer with a strong focus on customer success to join our team. The ideal candidate will have professional interior design experience, obtained from a premium institution, along with excellent communication skills, sound knowledge of industry standards, and technical skills to create accurate designs and proposals for clients. The interior Designer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, meeting client deadlines, and maintaining high standards of design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the team to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences for interior design projects.
2. Develop innovative design concepts, Mood boards and floor plans that align with client expectations, sustainability goals, and project budget.
3. Create 3d designs & renders followed by detailed working drawings and collaborate with cross functional teams for the execution of the project.
4. Showcase impeccable taste in interiors by selecting appropriate materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of spaces.
5. Maintain a strong portfolio demonstrating a high level of competence in digital design tools, including apt softwares, rendering programs, and graphic design applications.
6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles to continuously enhance design expertise and deliver innovative solutions.
7. Uphold the company's commitment to sustainability by integrating eco-friendly practices and materials into design concepts wherever possible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field from a premium institution.
• Proven professional experience of 4 to 8 years in interior design, preferably in a design-build or architectural firm.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Proven working experience in residential interior design.
• Exceptional taste in interiors and a demonstrated ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
• Proficiency in digital design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to integrating environmentally-friendly practices into design solutions.
