Location-Greater Kailash - 2, New Delhi
Profiles- Interior Designer (Healthcare segment)
Experience-4+ years
Ctc- upto 9 Lpa ( Depends on interview )
Working days- 6 Days (10 - 06:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Healthcare/Hospital projects from concept development through construction administration.
- Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and material palettes
- Manage and mentor the designers and support staff.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Create and review detailed construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design fidelity
- Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and fixtures within budget and aesthetic goals.
- Prepare and manage project timelines and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs, present ideas, and resolve issues.
- Stay updated with current design trends, codes, and sustainability practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum 4 years experience as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, ZWCad SketchUp, Adobe etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, teams, and contractors
- Typically a degree or certification in drafting, architecture, or engineering technology
- Some experience with CAD or drafting tools is often required.
- For architectural draughtspersons, understanding of architecture and building codes is essential
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design / Architecture or equivalent degree
- Minimum 4 years of dedicated experience in healthcare or hospital design projects.
- Strong understanding of space planning for OPDs, IPDs, ICU, emergency, OT complexes, diagnostic areas, support services, etc.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of healthcare standards (NABH, FGI guidelines, fire norms).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
