Experience Required:
24 yearsof hands-on experience in residential or commercial interior design.
Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- Degree from arecognized university or institute only
- Certificates / short-term courses will NOT be considered
Key Responsibilities
- Preparespace planning, 2D layouts, and working drawingsusing AutoCAD
- Develop3D models and realistic rendersusing SketchUp or 3Ds Max with V-Ray
- Createmood boards, concept presentations, and design proposals
- Prepare and manageBOQs using MS Excel
- Selectmaterials, finishes, colors, furniture, and fittingsas per project needs
- Conductclient meetings, understand requirements, and incorporate feedback
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams for smooth execution
- Visit sites to ensure work is executed as per drawings and design intent
- Maintain project timelines, documentation, and quality standards
Required Skills

- SketchUp / 3Ds Max + V-Ray 3D modeling & rendering - MUST
- Photoshop Mood boards & design graphics - MUST
- Canva & MS PowerPoint Client presentations - MUST
- MS Excel BOQs and cost tracking - MUST
- Strong knowledge ofcolor theory, material selection, finishes, and detailing - MUST
- Good communication and presentation skills
