About the Role:
Oaks n Stones is looking for a creative and skilled Interior Designer to join our dynamic team in Wakad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming client visions into beautiful, functional residential spaces. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and detailed design concepts, mood boards, and space plans for residential projects (apartments, villas).
- Create detailed 2D layouts and realistic 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
- Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials (FF&E), finishes, and color schemes.
- Prepare project estimates, manage budgets, and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate closely with site supervisors, vendors, and contractors for flawless execution.
- Present design proposals effectively to clients and manage revisions based on feedback.
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards, are practical, and adhere to timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects (concept to completion).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max/V-Ray, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, vendors, and current market trends.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects independently.
