Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation Develop innovative and functional interior designs for finalized office or experience centre spaces.
• Your designs will need to align with the company's aesthetic and operational goals. Site Surveys & CAD Drawing
• Conduct site surveys to gather necessary information, and prepare CAD drawings if base files aren't available. Ensure that all drawings are accurate and to scale.

Design Documentation

• Create detailed design layouts, elevation plans, and furniture placements to be used for project implementation. Document all design stages clearly for the team.

Mood Boards & Material Selection

• Prepare mood boards that capture the look and feel of the space. Help select materials, finishes, and colors that complement the overall design.

3D Renders & Visual Presentations

• Produce 3D visualizations and renders to give stakeholders a clear picture of the final design.
• Use these visuals for presentations to clients and internal teams.

Project Coordination

• Collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and vendors to ensure that the design is executed properly on site. Address any design related queries that arise during

implementation.

Revisions & Final Adjustments

• Revise and update designs based on feedback from the team and clients. Ensure that all final drawings are ready for construction.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience working on interior design projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of design principles and materials.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Work Environment

• The role is primarily studio-based, with occasional site visits for measurements, reviews, and

project coordination.
