Interior Designer

We are seeking a passionate and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The role involves working on interior projects from concept development to execution. The candidate will collaborate closely with senior designers and project teams, contributing to design development, production drawings, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop interior design concepts, space planning, and material selections.

* Prepare detailed production/working drawings including layout plans, electrical drawings, ceiling plans, furniture layouts, joinery details, and other execution drawings.

* Create accurate 3D models and high-quality visualizations using SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop.

* Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.

* Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design execution as per drawings.

Requirements

* Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, B.Arch, or related field.

* Strong expertise in production/working drawings and detailing.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop is mandatory.

* Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and on-site execution processes.

* Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

* Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

* Proactive mindset with the ability to handle projects independently.
