Role Description The Interior Designer will work on-site in Gurugram in a full-time capacity, contributing to residential and commercial design projects from concept development to execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating design concepts, developing mood boards, preparing space plans, and coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors. The role involves producing detailed drawings and specifications, selecting materials, finishes, and FF&E, and ensuring that design intent is accurately implemented on-site. The Interior Designer will participate in client meetings, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and maintain project timelines and quality standards. This role requires close collaboration with the wider project team to deliver cohesive, functional, and aesthetically aligned interiors.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to create and interpret technical plans and documentation.
Candidates should possess FF&E skills to select and coordinate furniture, fixtures, and equipment that align with the design concept and budget.
Relevant academic background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
Strong visual communication abilities, including presentation and material board development.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and on-site coordination skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
