We're Hiring: Junior Furniture & Interior Designer (Read carefully before applying)

Location: Jangpura, New Delhi

Position: On-site

Experience: 2–3 Years (Junior) / 3-4 Years (Senior)

Salary: Junior 35,000–45,000 per month / Senior 45,000–55,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Working Schedule:

· Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

· Two Saturdays per month (depending upon work)

Important Note:

• Please do not apply if you are not comfortable commuting to Jangpura B, New Delhi – 14 or relocating near this location.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and 1 year of high-end luxury furniture design experience is necessary
• We need someone with excellent communication and attention-to-detail skills, with experience in talking to high-profile clients directly to understand their requirements and work accordingly in coordination with the internal and production team.
• 95% of our work is interior conceptualisation, furniture design, interior decoration and visual merchandising. We do not do hard-core interior turnkey projects.
• The candidate should have worked on primarily residential projects. Please do not apply if you have primarily worked on commercial/institutional projects.
• Basic knowledge of furniture (high-end luxury furniture) is imperative.
• Please do not apply if your knowledge is limited to kitchen and wardrobe designing.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior or Senior Furniture & Interior Designer to join our team in New Delhi. If you have a strong understanding of furniture design, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to turn ideas into practical design solutions, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements, design preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualisations.
• Assist in furniture selection, material sourcing, and interior design planning.
• Prepare presentations, BOQs (Bills of Quantities), and project-related documentation.
• Support project execution to ensure design quality and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple assignments while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on furniture design, materials, finishes, and interior design trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum one year of high-end luxury furniture experience
• Strong knowledge of basic furniture design, construction, materials, and finishes is essential.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
• Mandatory proficiency in PowerPoint presentations, Excel, and BOQ preparation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a practical understanding of design execution.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Candidates must be residents of Delhi/NCR.
