Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer, based in Chennai, India. The Interior Designer will focus on creating tasteful and functional interior spaces by planning layouts, selecting materials, and collaborating closely with clients to ensure their visions come to life. Responsibilities include space planning, drafting production drawings, developing design concepts, coordinating furniture, fixtures and working with a cross-functional team to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and creating effective layouts that maximize functionality and aesthetic value.
• Strong skills in Interior Design, with a focus on developing creative, client-centered solutions.
• Experience in specification and materials to meet design requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D modeling tools, and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in residential interior design is a must.
