Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Noida. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand lifestyle needs, preferences, and budgets, and translate them into functional, aesthetic design concepts for residential spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing layout plans, mood boards, and 3D visualizations; selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment; and preparing detailed drawings and documentation for execution. The role involves coordinating with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained during construction and installation, while adhering to quality, timelines, and cost parameters. The Interior Designer will also participate in site visits, resolve design-related issues, and support continuous improvement of design standards and processes.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetically pleasing residential layouts.
• Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to prepare and interpret detailed plans, sections, and elevations.
• Experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination with vendors.
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D rendering software) and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in residential interiors, modular furniture, or turnkey projects is an advantage.
