We are currently seeking a skilled Interior Designer - Revit to join our growing team and contribute to our custom design projects.

Job Summary

As a Drafter Revit / Engineer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed shop drawings for custom projects, collaborating closely with the engineering team and communicating directly with clients to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise and detailed drawings for custom Revit projects.
• Must have experience in Oustsource Project Handling
• Prepare shop drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and details in compliance with AWI, AWMAC, NKBA, or specific client standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency.
• Apply innovative and creative approaches to meet project objectives while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct fluent and professional client communications via calls, emails, and kick-off meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Designing and Architectural Design or a related field
• 2–6 years of experience in Construction Drawings and Designs
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools for documentation and communication.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both technical teams and clients.
