We are looking for an Interior Designer with strong design taste, sharp aesthetic judgment, and the confidence to lead clients through important design decisions. This role is ideal for someone who can bring together style, function, and clarity, while creating spaces that feel premium, practical, and timeless.
Our technical execution team is already strong. What we need is a designer who can elevate the final outcome through better taste, better choices, and better client conversations.
What You'll do
Design Direction
- Lead the aesthetic direction for modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions
- Build strong combinations of materials, finishes, colors, textures, and hardware
- Create designs that are elegant, functional, modern, and long-lasting
- Bring a clear point of view to every project instead of offering endless options
Client Experience
- Present concepts and design ideas directly to customers
- Guide clients with confidence and clarity throughout the decision-making process
- Understand customer preferences and translate them into refined design solutions
- Simplify choices for clients and help speed up approvals without compromising quality
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the technical and execution teams
- Balance visual appeal with practical feasibility
- Ensure the final design is both desirable and buildable
- Contribute to a smoother design process with fewer revisions and stronger direction
Who You Are
- You have a natural eye for design and can instinctively judge what works and what does not
- You are confident in front of clients and comfortable leading conversations
- You have opinions, can explain your choices well, and are not afraid to make decisions
- You understand that great design is not only about beauty, but also about customer trust and experience
- You enjoy creating spaces that feel premium, thoughtful, and timeless
Required Experience
- 4 to 8+ years of experience in interior design, modular kitchen design, or related fields
- Strong experience in client-facing design roles
- Proven ability to create cohesive and visually strong interiors
- Good communication skills and professional confidence
Technical skills
- Basic familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D design tools
- Strong technical expertise is not the main focus of this role, since execution support is available
- Design taste, judgment, and presentation ability are the top priorities
