Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Kolkata for an Interior Designer. The role involves developing efficient space plans, preparing detailed design drawings, and selecting as well as specifying FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment).

The ideal candidate should possess strong creative thinking abilities and translate client discussions into practical, aesthetic design concepts. Regular client interaction is essential to understand requirements, present ideas, and refine designs based on feedback.

The designer will be responsible for ensuring that all projects align with design intent, functional requirements, and budget constraints, while maintaining consistency and high-quality standards throughout execution.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in space planning, layout design, 2D elevations, and working drawings
• Strong command of design tools such as AutoCAD, 3ds Max (V-Ray/Corona), and Photoshop
• Sound knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and specification
• Effective project management and coordination capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Prior experience in a professional interior design role is preferred
