About The Role
Kofteci Foodkraft Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Interior Designer (Project Executive) with a mastery of AutoCAD. In this role, you will bridge the gap between conceptual design and on-ground execution. You won't just be drawing beautiful spaces; you will be the technical backbone ensuring our restaurant and commercial projects are functionally sound, aesthetically pleasing, and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Design & Drafting
Develop comprehensive 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), electrical layouts, and plumbing schematics.
Create detailed joinery drawings and sections for bespoke furniture and kitchen equipment integration.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and brand standards.
- Project Coordination & Execution
Transform conceptual mood boards and 3D renders into executable site drawings.
Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) consultants to integrate services into the interior design.
Conduct regular site visitsto monitor progress, verify measurements, and ensure the contractor's work aligns with the approved blueprints.
- Material & Vendor Management
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)and detailed material specifications.
Source and select finishes, hardware, and materials that meet the company's quality and budget requirements.
Liaise with vendors and specialized contractors to ensure timely delivery of items.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Software Proficiency:Expert-level command of **AutoCAD** is mandatory. Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit is a significant advantage.
Education:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and the sequence of site works.
Communication:Ability to explain technical drawings to site supervisors and present design updates to management.
Problem Solving:A fix-it mindset—the ability to resolve structural or layout discrepancies quickly during the execution phase.
