Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. As an Interior Designer, you will collaborate with clients to conceptualize and execute interior design projects, create and review construction drawings, manage space planning and layouts, and select furniture, finishes, and equipment (FF&E). You will oversee project timelines and ensure designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings, with the ability to interpret and create detailed technical plans.
• Strong knowledge of 2D and 3D design, including layout planning, visualization, and presentation drawings.
• Expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and integration within the overall design concept.
• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client engagement.
• Ability to handle client discussions and convert leads into successful project closures.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in residential or commercial interior design projects is an advantage.
