Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Interior Designer for an on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The selected candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects, developing effective space plans, and preparing detailed construction drawings. The role involves close collaboration with architecture and FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) teams, along with active client interaction. The Interior Designer will also ensure that all project executions align with approved design concepts, timelines, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in space planning with the ability to optimize layouts for both functionality and aesthetics.
• Solid understanding of architectural principles, building codes, materials, and structures.
• Proven experience in preparing detailed construction drawings for project execution.
• Proficiency in interior design, including conceptual development and creating cohesive design solutions.
• Hands-on experience with FF&E selection, sourcing, and specification to achieve desired design outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and other 2D/3D tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is mandatory.
• Prior experience in high-end residential or commercial interior projects will be an added advantage.
