Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate the 2D & 3D Designer for multiple residential projects.

* Handle projects from client requirements to final design freeze.

* Conduct consultation calls and client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions.

* Review and quality-check 2D drawings, layouts, and 3D designs.

* Ensure design consistency, accuracy, and timely deliverables across the team.

* Guide designers on design, technical detailing, materials, and client requirements.

* Maintain strong client communication and coordination throughout the design process.
