About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Sales Executives for our upcoming store launch in Delhi. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong interest in interiors, home décor, and furniture, who enjoy engaging with customers and helping them find products that match their style and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their requirements related to furniture and interior décor products
• Provide product knowledge, styling suggestions, and design inputs to help customers make informed purchase decisions
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are well displayed on the sales floor
• Handle billing, order processing, and after-sales coordination
• Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business/referrals
• Stay updated on new product launches, trends in furniture and interior design
• Coordinate with the store manager and warehouse team for stock availability and delivery timelines
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service at every
• step of the customer journey. Ensure the sales floor and back of house are
• well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
• Support with opening and closing of the store
• Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in furniture, home décor, or interior products sales (retail experience preferred)
• Genuine interest and passion for interiors, design, and décor trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a customer-first approach
• Confident, presentable, and well-groomed
• Basic computer skills (billing software/POS systems)
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)
• Willingness to work in retail store hours, including weekends

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in furniture, modular kitchens, home furnishings, or interior design retail
• Ability to understand customer aesthetics and suggest suitable products
• Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes
