Job Title: Senior Interior Designer - (Commercial / Fit-Out Projects) - Pune

Experience:10-15 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or fit-out projects.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer capable of managing complete design responsibilities concept development to project execution. The ideal candidate will excel at client communication, detailed design documentation, and cross-team coordination to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality interior projects aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative design concepts and space planning solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using SketchUp or equivalent software.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor on-site design implementation, conduct site visits, and resolve technical design issues as needed.
- Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and relevant design documentation.
- Conduct client design presentations, manage revisions, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, design quality, and organizational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, standards, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office (knowledge of V-Ray/Enscape is an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of detailing, materials, and interior construction processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple design projects independently and manage client expectations professionally.
Experience & Qualification:
- Experience: 10-15 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial or fit-out projects.
- Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
