Role Description:

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating innovative and functional living spaces that reflect the unique style and needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop creative and innovative design concepts, including floor plans, elevations, and furniture layouts.
• Create detailed design plans, including material specifications and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are accurately translated into finished products.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are progressing according to plan and to resolve any issues that may arise.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and timelines.
• Prepare project cost estimates and provide pricing information to customers
• Prepare accurate estimations, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and related plans for each project

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
• Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to clients.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of various hardware accessories, fittings.
• Experience in Modular Designing would be an advantage.
